Job Requirements & Screening Process
Health Force is a Drug-Free Workplace & we participate in E-Verify. All employees are required to have the following when submitting an application or attending an orientation:
- Level 2 background screening
- Physical and PPD within the last 12 months
- Copy of professional license or certificate
- Valid drivers license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- 2nd form of identification for completion of I9 form
- 2 hour Alzheimer’s certificate (www.consultantsforthefuture.com)
- Current domestic violence, AIDS/OSHA, and 4 hour Alzheimer’s training (for CNA and HHA only)
